Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of Multimedia Tool, A Neuravix Company, operated by Neuravix Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a pass you agree to them.
Using the service
Give us accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to process files you have no right to use, to attack or overload the service, or to avoid the free-trial limits, for example by creating several accounts.
Free trial and passes
New accounts receive a 2-day free trial of selected tools, once per person, device and network. A paid pass is a single payment that gives access to all available tools for the period you chose. It does not renew automatically. When it ends your account returns to the free plan.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees, and US dollars where offered, at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We may change prices for future purchases; a pass you have paid for keeps its price and length.
Refunds
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Delivery is described in the Delivery Policy.
Availability
We may change, disable or add tools at any time, for example while fixing a problem. The service is provided "as is", without warranties.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of files. Keep a copy of important documents.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you other rights.
