Privacy Policy
Neuravix Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), which operates Multimedia Tool, A Neuravix Company, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account details (name, email address, a hashed password), the sign-in method you choose (email or Google), and basic security data such as sign-in times and a device and network fingerprint used to allow one free trial per person. When you pay, Razorpay gives us a payment reference, the amount and the status. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Your files
Most PDF and image tools run in your browser, so those files never leave your device. Tools that need our server process the file temporarily and delete it afterwards. We do not read, sell or share your files.
How we use data
To run your account, protect it from abuse, manage trials and passes, process payments and refunds, and send account emails such as verification and password reset. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the service, such as Razorpay for payments and an email provider for account emails, and authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies that keep you signed in and protect against fraud. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your account at any time by writing to jitendra@neuravix.ai. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. Trial-abuse records may be kept in non-identifying form so a deleted account cannot claim another trial.
