Multimedia Tool is a digital service. Nothing is shipped and no physical goods are delivered.
When your pass starts
Your pass is activated on your account immediately after Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within seconds. You receive access to the tools right away and can see the end date on the Pricing page.
If it does not start
If you paid and your pass is not active after 15 minutes, write to jitendra@neuravix.ai with your account email and payment reference. We will fix it or refund you.
